Kort gezegd: Bingr is een app om je eigen IPTV-abonnement, afspeellijst of mediaserver af te spelen. Bingr levert zelf geen zenders, films of series. Een account is gratis; met Lifetime betaal je één keer voor extra functies voor je hele account. Gebruik Bingr alleen voor content die je mag bekijken.
1. Wie we zijn
Bingr is een product van PixelForges, gevestigd in Apeldoorn (Nederland), KvK-nummer 70031576, btw-id NL001876986B40. PixelForges is de verkoper van Lifetime. Contact: support@bingr.online of support.bingr.online.
2. Waar deze voorwaarden voor gelden
Deze voorwaarden gelden voor het gebruik van de Bingr-apps, de webspeler op bingr.online/web, je Bingr-account en de aankoop van Lifetime. Hoe we met je gegevens omgaan, staat in de privacyverklaring.
3. Wat Bingr is (en niet is)
- Bingr is software: een speler waarmee je je eigen bronnen afspeelt, zoals een IPTV-abonnement (Xtream Codes, M3U of MAC-portal), Plex, Jellyfin, Emby, Stremio of een map op je NAS.
- Bingr levert, verkoopt of host geen zenders, films, series of andere content, en verkoopt geen IPTV-abonnementen. Met Lifetime koop je alleen extra functies van de app.
- Je bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor de bronnen die je toevoegt en voor het recht om de content daarvan te bekijken.
4. Je account
- Voor Bingr heb je een account nodig met een geldig e-mailadres. Ben je jonger dan 16, dan heb je toestemming van een ouder of voogd nodig.
- Je account is voor jou en je huishouden. Houd je wachtwoord geheim; wat er met je account gebeurt, valt onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid.
- Je kunt je account op elk moment zelf verwijderen in Mijn Bingr (in de app of op bingr.online/account).
5. Gratis en Lifetime
- Gratis: 1 scherm tegelijk, maximaal 8 apparaten en 1 server of afspeellijst.
- Lifetime: tot 3 schermen tegelijk, maximaal 15 apparaten, onbeperkt servers, statistieken, Nu aan het kijken, de Trakt-koppeling en thema's en accentkleuren, voor je hele account (alle profielen en apparaten). Hoeveel je tegelijk kunt kijken, hangt ook af van je IPTV-aanbieder.
- Lifetime is een eenmalige aankoop, geen abonnement: er is geen automatische verlenging. Lifetime geldt zolang je account bestaat en Bingr wordt aangeboden. Stopt Bingr ooit, dan laten we dat tijdig van tevoren weten via e-mail en bingr.online.
- We mogen Bingr verbeteren en functies veranderen. De kern van wat Lifetime je geeft (de hogere limieten en de functies hierboven) halen we niet weg voor wie Lifetime heeft.
6. Prijs en betaling
Lifetime kost eenmalig € 4,99, inclusief btw. Je koopt Lifetime op bingr.online/upgrade, ingelogd met je Bingr-account. De betaling verloopt via onze betaaldienstverlener Stripe; je betaalt met een van de methoden die je bij het afrekenen ziet (bijvoorbeeld iDEAL, creditcard, Apple Pay of Bancontact). Bingr ziet en bewaart je betaalgegevens niet. Na de betaling staat Lifetime meteen aan op je account; in de apps zie je het na opnieuw openen of vernieuwen. Je krijgt een kwitantie per e-mail en vindt hem ook op Mijn Bingr.
Terugbetaling: wil je je geld terug, bijvoorbeeld omdat Lifetime niet werkt zoals beschreven, neem dan contact op via support.bingr.online. Na een terugbetaling (of een terugboeking via je bank of kaartmaatschappij) gaat je account terug naar Gratis.
7. Herroepingsrecht
Lifetime is digitale inhoud die niet op een fysieke drager wordt geleverd en direct na betaling wordt geleverd. Voordat je afrekent, vragen we je met een vinkje uitdrukkelijk in te stemmen met directe levering en te bevestigen dat je weet dat je daardoor je herroepingsrecht (de wettelijke bedenktijd van 14 dagen) verliest zodra de levering is begonnen. Zonder die toestemming kun je Lifetime niet kopen. De bevestiging staat ook op je kwitantie. Werkt Lifetime niet zoals beschreven, neem dan contact op via support; je wettelijke rechten bij een gebrekkig product blijven gewoon gelden.
8. Regels voor gebruik
Je gebruikt Bingr niet:
- om content af te spelen of te verspreiden waarvoor je geen recht hebt;
- om je account of Lifetime door te verkopen of commercieel te delen buiten je huishouden;
- om de limieten, beveiliging of servers van Bingr te omzeilen, te verstoren of te overbelasten;
- op een manier die in strijd is met de wet of met de rechten van anderen.
9. Blokkeren en beëindigen
- Bij misbruik of een ernstige of herhaalde overtreding van deze voorwaarden mogen we je account tijdelijk blokkeren of beëindigen. Waar dat redelijk is, waarschuwen we eerst. Je krijgt een e-mail met de reden.
- Wordt je account beëindigd vanwege misbruik, dan krijg je het bedrag voor Lifetime niet terug.
- Je kunt zelf op elk moment stoppen door je account te verwijderen.
10. Beschikbaarheid en aansprakelijkheid
- We doen ons best om Bingr goed en betrouwbaar te laten werken, maar kunnen niet garanderen dat de app en de server altijd en zonder fouten beschikbaar zijn. Storingen en onderhoud staan op bingr.online/status.
- We zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor de bronnen die je zelf toevoegt (je IPTV-aanbieder, server of afspeellijst) of voor diensten van anderen zoals Trakt.
- Onze aansprakelijkheid is beperkt tot het bedrag dat je voor Lifetime hebt betaald, behalve bij opzet of grove nalatigheid, en voor zover de wet dat toestaat. Je wettelijke rechten als consument blijven gelden.
11. Wijzigingen
We kunnen deze voorwaarden aanpassen. Belangrijke wijzigingen laten we vooraf weten via e-mail of in de app. De versie op deze pagina is de geldende versie.
12. Toepasselijk recht
Op deze voorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing. Woon je in een ander land van de EU, dan houd je de bescherming die het consumentenrecht van dat land je geeft. We lossen een probleem het liefst samen op: neem eerst contact op via support.bingr.online. Komen we er niet uit, dan kun je naar de bevoegde rechter in Nederland of in je eigen woonland.

In short: Bingr is an app to play your own IPTV subscription, playlist or media server. Bingr does not provide any channels, movies or series. An account is free; with Lifetime you pay once for extra features for your whole account. Only use Bingr for content you're allowed to watch.
1. Who we are
Bingr is a product of PixelForges, based in Apeldoorn (the Netherlands), Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 70031576, VAT ID NL001876986B40. PixelForges is the seller of Lifetime. Contact: support@bingr.online or support.bingr.online.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to the use of the Bingr apps, the web player at bingr.online/web, your Bingr account and the purchase of Lifetime. How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.
3. What Bingr is (and isn't)
- Bingr is software: a player for your own sources, such as an IPTV subscription (Xtream Codes, M3U or MAC portal), Plex, Jellyfin, Emby, Stremio or a folder on your NAS.
- Bingr does not provide, sell or host any channels, movies, series or other content, and does not sell IPTV subscriptions. With Lifetime you only buy extra features of the app.
- You are responsible for the sources you add and for your right to watch their content.
4. Your account
- Bingr requires an account with a valid email address. If you're under 16, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
- Your account is for you and your household. Keep your password secret; what happens with your account is your responsibility.
- You can delete your account yourself at any time in My Bingr (in the app or at bingr.online/account).
5. Free and Lifetime
- Free: 1 screen at a time, up to 8 devices and 1 server or playlist.
- Lifetime: up to 3 screens at the same time, up to 15 devices, unlimited servers, statistics, Watching now, the Trakt integration, and themes and accent colours, for your whole account (all profiles and devices). How many you can watch at once also depends on your IPTV provider.
- Lifetime is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: there is no automatic renewal. Lifetime applies for as long as your account exists and Bingr is offered. Should Bingr ever stop, we'll announce it well in advance by email and on bingr.online.
- We may improve Bingr and change features. We won't take away the core of what Lifetime gives you (the higher limits and the features above) from people who have Lifetime.
6. Price and payment
Lifetime costs a one-time €4.99, including VAT. You buy Lifetime at bingr.online/upgrade, signed in with your Bingr account. Payment is handled by our payment provider Stripe; you pay with one of the methods shown at checkout (for example iDEAL, credit card, Apple Pay or Bancontact). Bingr does not see or store your payment details. After payment, Lifetime is active on your account right away; the apps show it after reopening or refreshing. You receive a receipt by email and can also find it on My Bingr.
Refunds: if you want your money back, for example because Lifetime doesn't work as described, contact support.bingr.online. After a refund (or a chargeback through your bank or card issuer) your account goes back to Free.
7. Right of withdrawal
Lifetime is digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium and is delivered right after payment. Before you check out, we ask you to tick a box to expressly agree to immediate delivery and to confirm that you know you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (the statutory 14-day cooling-off period) once delivery has started. Without that consent you can't buy Lifetime. The confirmation is also on your receipt. If Lifetime doesn't work as described, contact support; your statutory rights for a defective product still apply.
8. Rules of use
You don't use Bingr:
- to play or distribute content you have no right to;
- to resell your account or Lifetime, or share it commercially outside your household;
- to bypass, disrupt or overload Bingr's limits, security or servers;
- in a way that breaks the law or the rights of others.
9. Blocking and termination
- In case of abuse or a serious or repeated breach of these terms, we may temporarily block or terminate your account. Where reasonable, we'll warn you first. You'll receive an email with the reason.
- If your account is terminated because of abuse, the amount paid for Lifetime is not refunded.
- You can stop at any time by deleting your account.
10. Availability and liability
- We do our best to make Bingr work well and reliably, but we can't guarantee that the app and the server are always available and free of errors. Outages and maintenance are shown at bingr.online/status.
- We are not responsible for the sources you add yourself (your IPTV provider, server or playlist) or for services of others such as Trakt.
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Lifetime, except in case of intent or gross negligence, and to the extent permitted by law. Your statutory consumer rights still apply.
11. Changes
We may change these terms. We'll announce important changes in advance by email or in the app. The version on this page is the version that applies.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection that country's consumer law gives you. We prefer to solve problems together: please contact us first via support.bingr.online. If we can't work it out, you can go to the competent court in the Netherlands or in your own country of residence.
